Hi! I’m Kaitie — wife to my best friend Nick, and mama to two wild and untamed boys who keep life full of adventure. My husband owns Ocala Functional Health, and I am the founder of Holy Untamed Birth. Together, we share a passion for helping families thrive by stepping fully into the roles God designed for them.

I hold a Master’s in Exercise and Rehabilitation, am NASM Nutrition Certified, and serve as an Uncovering Birth Method educator. After experiencing two empowering home births of my own, my passion to share what birth can truly be was born.
​
I know every woman’s journey into motherhood is unique, often shaped by paths we may not have chosen. My goal is to create a space where families feel safe, seen, and supported.

At Holy Untamed Birth, I help parents reclaim the trust and wisdom God has already placed within them. Women are guided to embrace their natural instincts, intuition, and strength to nurture, protect, and provide for their children. Men are empowered to step fully into their God-given role—to lead, protect, serve, and contain their families with steady, calm strength. Together, parents can raise their children with clarity, freedom, and confidence in their own abilities.

By rediscovering this truth, families can walk boldly into birth and parenting, releasing fear, unnecessary intervention, and reliance on outside systems—trusting that God has already equipped them for the sacred work of raising their children.
